Tour Option 1 : 3 days/2 nights Cape Winelands Short Break Tour
Departure : Daily – subject to availability, minimum 2 passengers
DAY 1 - CAPE TOWN - CAPE WINELANDS
Arrive Cape Winelands and transfer to hotel. Accommodation in Le Franschoek Hotel & Spa. Remainder of day at leisure to explore Stellenbosch, set in the heart of South Africa's wine industry, steeped in culture and tradition. Stroll along shady avenues bordered by the water furrows of the Mill Stream and admire the charm and harmony of the Cape Dutch Architecture. Overnight Stellenbosch.
DAY 2 - CAPE WINELANDS
Day at leisure to visit wineries (for own account) in the area, or further explore the town on foot. Stellenbosch is an important cultural centre and has many galleries & museums housing important national and international art collections. Overnight Stellenbosch. [B]
DAY 3 - CAPE WINELANDS - CAPE TOWN
Day at leisure until transfer to Cape Town city or Cape Town airport. [B]

DAY 1 - WEDNESDAY CAPE TOWN - OUDTSHOORN
Travel Route 62 via Montagu and the 'Klein Karoo' to Oudtshoorn, ostrich capital of the world. Overnight in Oudtshoorn. [D]
DAY 2 - THURSDAY OUDTSHOORN - KNYSNA
After breakfast tour vast limestone Cango Caves, and Ostrich Show Farm (guided). Travel to quaint Knysna (shopping opportunity). Overnight in Knysna. [B]
DAY 3 - FRIDAY KNYSNA
Leisurely start before lagoon cruise to Featherbed Nature Reserve. Enjoy a trailer ride to the top of the Western Head and walk back through the milkwood trees for lunch. Afternoon at leisure at hotel. Overnight in Knysna. [BL]
DAY 4 - SATURDAY KNYSNA - PORT ELIZABETH
Travel via Tsitsikamma Forests to Port Elizabeth where tour ends on arrival. [B] Passengers may disembark, on request, at Port Elizabeth Airport. Selected Port Elizabeth Day Tours available at extra cost.

DAY 1 - WEDNESDAY CAPE TOWN - MONTAGU
Travel via Cape Winelands to Stellenbosch. Wine tasting and museum visit. Continue to Worcester and Robertson. Overnight in Montagu.
DAY 2 - THURSDAY MONTAGU - OUDTSHOORN
Travel to Oudtshoorn via Barrydale and Ladismith. Tour Ostrich Show Farm (guided). After lunch, tour vast limestone Cango Caves. Overnight in Oudtshoorn. [BL]
DAY 3 - FRIDAY OUDTSHOORN - KNYSNA
Travel over Outeniqua Pass to George. Option to travel on Outeniqua Choo Tjoe steam train (For own account. Check timetable). Transfer to Knysna and board ferry to the Featherbed Nature Reserve. Enjoy trailer ride to top of Western Head and walk back through Milkwood trees for lunch. Overnight in Knysna. [BL]
DAY 4 - SATURDAY KNYSNA
Drive through Nature's Valley and the Tsitsikamma Forests. Return to Knysna via Plettenberg Bay. Overnight in Knysna. [B]
DAY 5 - SUNDAY KNYSNA - HERMANUS
Travel via George, Mossel Bay and Swellendam (lunch). Continue to Hermanus - world's best shore based whale watching sites (Aug - Nov). Overnight in Hermanus. [BL]
DAY 6 - MONDAY HERMANUS - CAPE TOWN
Depart Hermanus via coastal road to Somerset West. Continue to Cape Town where tour ends on arrival late afternoon. [B] Passengers may disembark, on request, at Cape Town International Airport.

DAY 4 - THURSDAY MPUMALANGA - SWAZILAND

DAY 5 - FRIDAY SWAZILAND - ZULULAND
After breakfast, re-enter South Africa. Enjoy afternoon game drive. Travel to Hluhluwe-Umfolozi region. Overnight Hluhluwe-Umfolozi region. [B]
DAY 6 - SATURDAY ZULULAND - DURBAN
After breakfast, travel to traditional Zulu Village for (ethnic) lunch and show displaying local culture. Overnight in Durban. [BL]

PRIVATE GAME RESERVE OPTION
DAY 2 - TUESDAY MPUMALANGA - SABI SABI GAME RESERVE
Meet game rangers. Transfer to Sabi Sabi for lunch, and afternoon game drive. Overnight on full board basis.
DAY 3 - WEDNESDAY SABI SABI GAME RESERVE - MPUMALANGA
Early morning game drive followed by breakfast before rejoining main tour. Continue on main itinerary.
