Presentations
Oral presentations
Contributors will have 20 minutes for their talks,
questions included. Speakers are requested to strictly adhere to the prescribed
time limits for their presentations and to allow time for questions (5 minutes)
within those limits.
Notebook PCs, data projectors, overhead
projectors, screens and write-on boards will be available for the oral
presentations. MS Office (Powerpoint) running under MS Windows XP will be
available on the notebook PCs. It may be possible to make other software
available on request.
Speakers should bring an electronic copy of their
presentation with them to the Conference on disk (eg CD-R or USB Flash Drive).
Poster presentations
Posters will be displayed in a central venue.
Contributors are expected to be reasonably available (beside their posters)
during session break times to respond to questions pertaining to their posters.

dimensions for posters should be as follows:

Poster presenters are encourages to bring A4
copies of their poster, including contact details of authors, to make available
near their poster.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the international
Programme Committee and authors will be notified whether their papers have been
accepted for oral or poster presentations by 15 January 2010.

abstract submission form provided to submit your abstract.
Book of Abstracts
Abstracts of accepted oral and poster
presentations will be published in a Book of Abstracts, available online and in
hard-copy format at the event. Authors must therefore assure that abstracts
submitted are publication-ready.
Conference Proceedings
Conference proceedings will be published as a
special edition of the Acta Academica, an accredited South African
journal publishing independently refereed research articles. Authors will be
notified of the details for preparation of papers for publication by 15
January 2009 and will be expected to submit a draft version of their paper
for publication in this journal to the Programme Committee by 9 April 2010.
Final versions for review by the journal editorial board and subsequent
publication must be submitted by 7 May 2010.
