Upon
registration, delegates will receive an invoice with all the banking details
of the conference account. Payments can be made by means of direct deposit

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registrations after payment has been made will be subject to
the following rules:
Cancellation before 31 January : 25% of fees paid will be forfeited
Cancellation between 1 February and 31 March 2010: 50% of fees paid will be
forfeited
Cancellation after 1 April 2010: 100% of fees paid will be forfeited
Bursary
Support
We
are pleased to announce that there will be up to 22 bursaries available, to
support the attendance of delegates from developing countries.

The Wellcome Trust Bursaries
- will support the attendance of staff based in developing country
institutions who would not otherwise have access to funding to attend the
meeting

The ACU Bursaries
- will support the attendance of staff from
ACU member institutions based in developing countries
Please
note: The bursaries will cover registration fees and accommodation costs for
four nights only. Airfares and other costs will be met by the delegate.
How to apply
Bursary
applicants should submit a 200-word statement describing how their work
relates to the themes of the conference, how attendance will be useful to
them in their future work, and detailing any particular interests amongst
the topics to be covered. Preference will be given to applicants who are
actively involved in the introduction or management of research management
systems at their institutions.
