Accommodation
Accommodation for the conference will have to be booked separately. The Local Organising Committee and the Cape Town International Conference Centre (CTICC) have arranged for reputable hotels in close vicinity of the conference to reserve block accommodation for the period of the conference. The benefit of this arrangement is that you will receive the best rates for the period and your booking will be confirmed immediately.
Accommodation Booking Process
Please note that no accommodation will be booked through the Conference Secretariat. The contact person at the CTICC is Tamsyn Yssel. Her details can be found by clicking on the link below. Alternatively should you wish to make a telephonic booking with the hotel directly, please quote "INORMS 2010" in order to receive the negotiated rate for the room. If you make use of a travel agent then please have them also quote "INORMS 2010" in order to receive the best possible rate for the duration of the symposium.

Should any of the arrangements listed above not meet with your requirements, then please feel free to contact Tamsyn Yssel. She will be able to assist with securing (for example) student accommodation, Bed & Breakfast Guest Houses, etc. Please note that you will be responsible to arrange your own transport between these lodgings and the CTICC for the duration of the conference.
