Nature Photo Competition | Technical Photo Competition

SMEOS 2009 has been a great success. Fifty five delegates from 8 countries attended this event that, as in the case of the 2009 conference, provided a common forum for international researchers and developers to exchange information about their latest research findings, ideas, developments and applications in all areas pertaining to design, fabrication and application of sensors, MEMS and electro-optical detector systems.

Keynote addresses by eminent scientists were given during the conference, supported by contributed original technical oral papers and poster presentations. The presentations are available on the Presentations Tab.

Naturally, as this conference is in the Kruger Park, ample opportunity was given to delegates for sightseeing and enjoying the Park. A nature photo competition was held and the top 10 photos are displayed on the web site.
